American Express And Delta Sky Miles
American Espress and Delta Skymiles rip off with false statements Ripoff Ft. Lauderdale Florida

I have has a delta shymiles card for many years. I recently (3 months ago)
received a statement from American Express. The statement charges are $107.19. I have never had an American Express Card in my life.

I called American Express to learn they have signed on with American Express credit card and they could not help me. I called Delta Sky Miles. They sent me back to American Express. I called AE again. Still sent me back to Sky Miles, Delta. I refused to call Delta again as it was a waste of tiem. I wrote a letter to american Express adn copied Delta. Still no answer.
As of todays date 7-13-07 I spoke to CS at American Express I spoke to Marie in fort lauderdale Fla. She tells me it was a mistake? I requested to speak to the CEO. Naturally I did not get an answer.

I continue to get statements from The gold Delta Skymiles Credit Card through American Express.

I have received three statements and have written three letters with no answer.

Please help to stomp out this kind of activity. Don't sign up for American Express and don't fly Delta. Ihave given up my delta sky miles card and
will not fly Delta.
