For the record, I have been an American Express card paying member since 1989. On March 01, I agreed for a relative to be represented by what is now a deceptive deceitful law firm in Florida. This law firm accepted my money for representation under false pretenses. When the law firm failed to honor the contract to which I agreed, my complaint was filed with American Express. American Express contacted the law firm and the law firm failed to relay correct information on the matter, in other words, they were not truthful. American Express failed to allow me to submit my written proof, that being, the written contact.instead, American Express ruled in favor of the law firm without knowing the actual full story of what transpired. American Express denied me my right to prove what actually had transpired thus denying me my right to be heard. It seems the law firm was more profitably valuable to them as a customer and thus tossed me by the way side. So much for loyalty to a long standing customer of 21 years. American Express is nothing more than greedy SOB's. As the law firm pays a percentage of the amount (usually 2% to 4%), there is no doubt who American Express will default on the matter, is there?
