Ruesch Motor Company is out to take your money and never give you a product.
In October I gave them almost 50 thousand dollar for 4 UTV's / side by side atvs. I was told I would have them by the beginning of 2009. I was then told March of 09. I was told in March of 09 that they would be ready by late May early June. Every few months I was told just a little bit longer. Then in October of 09 I was told the UTV's would be ready by Christmas of 09. It is now May and they still have my money and I do not have any UTV's from Ruesch Motor Company. (Panther 1000 and now it is called the Panther Alpha Male 150hp)
I have demanded my money to be returned since July. I have sent register letters from my lawyer and received no response at all from this company. I call them every 2 weeks and I am told that they will have money in 2 more weeks.
I will do everything I can at this point to get my money back.
I do not want anyone else to have to deal with the problems or lose there money like I have with Ruesch Motor company.
