Rips off their customers

I ordered two items on June 10th and their web site said one item was shipped. I called them yesterday to inquire about the other item then was told the parts for the first item were being shipped from China and they expected them July 2nd and they didn't know when the item would be made let alone shipped. They didn't even know when the other item would be in but would check and get back to me. I received an email today saying the second item was also on back order. I advised them that since they didn't have the items available as their website stated cancel the order. They then sent another email stating they would be imposing a 15% cancellation fee. When I advised I would contact my credit card company they sent another email which had the following threat:
"Of course you have the right to contact your
credit card company; however, if you attempt to misuse their services by filing a fraudulent claim and are able to have your money refunded we are obligated to enforce the terms and conditions of this purchase."

This company are scammers and don't comply on their part of the contract.
