I placed an order with Portable-techs.com on June 25th and got a response that I would have to pay for the item, an ipod, with a Greendot money card. I was instructed by email to forward the card # to the company. I did so and got an email in response that my order would be shipped out on July 4th via UPS withing 3-5 business days. It also mentioned that I would receive a confirmation email when the item was shipped out. As yet I have not received any confirmation email that the item was shipped and of course, I have not received he item. Please help! [email protected]
