When i first went into the store the guy that ws there at the time sold me these rims did not inform me that they were pre-owned rims, didnt inform me on some things on the contract told me i had to pay 215 down instead of the low monthly payment. I live a hour away from the store. Then i get home and noticed they were scratched and bent spots i sisnt think to check because no one told me they were used.
So that manager is no longer there and then all the tires kept losing pressure for a factory defect. So it took forever to get them changed out and i got told they would get chnged out at no extra cost. So then they switched the new rims out and forgot to tell me once again they were going to put a wider tire on there. I was not happy about i liked the low pro's i had on it.
The my payment was 126 then they said i hd to pay road side hazard which was 5 more dollars i told them i got told i had free roadside when i signed on. But they swiped my card anyways at 131. I was like whatever its 5 dollars. Then anthony calls back we just got out of a meeting and you have to pay road side hazard for them tires to be warrentied and your payment would be 151.
I was like no sir do not swipe it im not payin that we need to have a meeting before i pay that that is not fair to me. My payment was not suppose to change. Then once the over swiped it 80 or 90 dollars. So i finally found there manage of all the store roger hooker and he said no she is to pay 126. THEN i needed to order another rim cause of road damage and i went there and showed them the chips off the accents on the tires to 2 people.
So they said they would order it. I finally came back 3 or 4 weeks later after something supposively delaying my order and they changed out the rim as i thought. They put it on the back tire of the drivers side it was on the front. I decided to check it laast minute and noticed that.
So i went back in and told them they did the wrong rim. And once again they took it back and now it was on the front again. Same thing brought it back and then we finally discussed that anothy was suppose to talk to me about how they ordered a tire and not a rim. After my car went back 3 times and they moved the rim to the passengar side thinkin i wouldnt check!!! And of course did anthony talk to me about this no he snuck out the door really quickly and had a eron.
WHATEVER he forgets to tell me things constantly or makes a excuse up!!! And now 3 weeks later i am waiting on my rim to be put on still AT NO EXTRA COST anthony said dont worry about it!!! I have called and he cant check to see if my tire is in, he has to talk to his manage and i am tired of drven a hour there and a hour home its a pian in the ass!!! Im fed up... Im almost ready to get them rims back but i decided maybe i should pay off early cause i dont know what else to do they have new emplyees there all the time so nothing gets resolved excpet me being more pissed everytime i leave store...
I am actually waiting on a pending payment to go through also from them over chagring my account. And to drive a hour to swipe a card is not fair to get no extra compensation. If you can help with anything i would really appricate it so much!!! This store is driven me nuts. Ill never rent from aarons again! @!! Cuz i went to aarons in angleton to get a tv and when htey were delivering it the strap broke and cracked a big crack in my tv the are looking for another to replace that 60 in tv with plus the stand cause the wheel broke. WISH ME LUCK I DIDNT SIGN UP FOR A NIGHTMARE ONCE AGAIN at least they are 10 mintues away from my house!!!
