I went into harrys tire to have a set of new 17" tires mounted on my new 17" rims. I was told it would only take an hour. This was at 9:30 am. At 3:30 pm they only had 2 tires on the rim. Not sealed or balanced just sitting in the rim. I told the guy a number of time that i had to be home by 4:00 pm to get my son off the bus. So at 3:30 i told the guy to give me my tires and rims so i could leave and get my son. When i got home i checked my rims and noticed that they were scratched around the lip. So i called the owner and told him about it. I then took the rims back in to show him and he said that the scratching could have happened anywhere. I told him they were not like that when i brought them in. He refused to believe that his guys scratched and dented my rims. (down to the bare metal). Now, the scratches are only on the rims that his guys tried to mount. Kind of funny. I told him i wanted him to fix the problem and that the damage was done at his shop and he said end of conversation and walked away.
