My windshield was replaced back in Nov. Then in January less then 2 months later I started my car turned on the heater and my windshield began to crack. I do not recall anything even hitting my windshield. The same day I called into the toll free # and spoke with a representative and explained the situation the customer service rep then transferred me to the shop and I spoke with Michelle I explained to her the situation she explained that she would send someone out to look at it so I then set up an appointment for the following Friday.

I explained to Michelle that they could come to my job and I would be there between 8am - 4:30Pm she then advised me that I could call that morning and get an estimated time when they would be there so I call at 8am that morning and was advised by Michelle that they had a shipment come in late and that she would personally call me back within the hour with an ETA.

2 hours go by NO CALL yet. So I call the shop and spoke with Michelle again and asked if she had any updates and she explained that she would get right on it and have a tech call me. It's now after 2pm still NO CALL. I call again and spoke with Michelle she placed me on hold for about 5 minutes and came back on the line and advised me they the techs would call me right now... It's now after 4pm STILL NO CALL! 4:30 pm rolls around I finally get a call from the tech that advised me that they would be there within 5 minutes, Let me remind you I explained to Michelle when the appointment was set up what time I was at work till. I live 45 minutes or so away from work once the work was completed I need to allow 45 minutes to an hour to allow the window to dry.

The tech explained to me that I would need to pay for the window by this time I just wanted to be done and get home so I paid. I explained to Michelle that I JUST replaced the window back in November and if there was anything that she could do to help me out with the cost of the window since this was just replaced. We agreed to $183.00 gave her a card over the phone. She then calls me at work and said that she entered the payment wrong and she had to redo the order. Great so there were a total of two authorizations placed on my card. What a mess.

Within in a week This time a rock did hit my window so I call my insurance and they agreed to pay for the chip to be repaired I then drove to the Grand Junction location on Saturday 1/20. Its now 1/29 and what do you know the windshield in completely crack in the middle of the front windshield. This has been the worse experience that I have EVER had with ANY COMPANY.

Poor quality customer service VERY poor Products. I now have the windshield cracked again that needs to be repaired. This has been a nightmare from start to finish I will NEVER recommend this company.
