It's obvious to any one having had repairs done to their vehicle at Frannys Floor Mat Motors that Rip Off.com will print anything that anyone writes about any business without having done any investigating on their own concerning whether or not what was written was true. I and my husband have been bringing our vehicles to this shop for the past year and I can't say enough about the GOOD service that this family owned business provides for its customers. They TRULY R THE WORKING MAN'S FRIEND! Do you have any idea how many dishonest repair shops there are in this city - not to mention the street mechanics who prey on the hard working people in this city who need their vehicles to go to work. A year ago I was told by another shop that I would need a re-built transmission put into my car (@ $2200.00)... Before calling Frannys & being told the cost would be more like $1200 for that re-built transmission... BUT even though I was fully prepared to shell out 1200 of my hard earned dollars for this transmission... Imagine my surprise & delight when being told after road testing my vehicle that I didn't need a re-built transmission at all... Merely transmission service which cost LESS than $200... That was a year ago and I am still driving my 1999 Taurus with no transmission problems whatsoever. Not only are the people at Frannys friendly, honest and reliable but they also offered me a ride to my job after dropping off my vehicle and then arranged to pick me up when my vehicle was repaired. You are providing a disservice to our community in printing these lies about this shop as I highly recommend anyone to take their vehicles for service at this shop if they DON'T wish to be ripped off! And I welcome any communication from anyone concerning the excellent experiences our family has had with the good people from Frannys Floor Mat Motors. I dare you to print this report Rip Off.com as you seem only to want to print the bad without even caring of its origin or whether or not it is true.
