If you are thinking about buying your next used car, truck or suv from Nu Star Motors, you might want to think again! Here are some facts about the business.
Nu Star Motors has no ASE Certified Mechanics on it's staff! That means that the safety inspection that is being done on all of thier vehicles is being done by "Back Yard Mechanics"! B.A. R requires that a automotive repair shop has an ASE Certified Master Tech heading repair shops but for some reason Nu Star Motors has been able to slide under that herdle!
The Head Mechanic Has "no certificates what so ever" and does not even no how to use ALL DATA nor does he even know how to properly diagnois any computer systems!
I could go on and on about the repair shops inability to correctly repair vehicles but that is just one of their issues.
If you do buy or have bought a vehicle from Nu Star, you should have it inspected and not buy "their shop"! They buy alot of wrecked vehicles. Do not believe everything in a Car Fax report! It is up to the Auto Body Repair Shops and the Insurance Companies to report the accidents and a very good portion just get swept under the rug so to speak. A good body shop can show you what has been repaired and or replaced. A good mechanic shop will let you know the true condition of the vehicle.
Last but not least, if you really want to pay 125% of retail for your used vehicle, that is what you will pay at Nu Star Motors and most other used car dealerships. Reason being is that that is what the Banks and Credit Unions will loan for used vehicles so they are going to charge you every penny they can.
Nu Star Motors is a Rip Off, don't be the next victim!
