Auto repair group LLC Ripped off by Auto repair warranty, Ohio

I too am a victim of Auto Repair Warranty. They never paid any of my claims. They even threatened me when I complained. Purchased policy in 2 and now I am out $1400. Complained to BBB and now I am informed they changed their name and will not honor their auto repair warranty contracts. Please help me recoup my money. I am willing to be involved in a class action law suit or any other litigation. My credit card company said purchase was to old to pursue fraud even though contract is still valid. Please help
