Complaint / review text:
My story is about the same as all of the others. My credit card was charged immediatly but it took 2 weeks to get my order. I checked out the detailed core return policies and packaged up the core part in the original box. I then called to get a return authorization and waited for the email with the return #. After waiting two more weeks, I called again several times always being told that the person that handles core returns was out to lunch, not in today ect. When I finally received the return authorization I packaged up the part and mailed it. I have been waiting for almost three months for the core charge to be credited and made numerous calls always getting the same lines about why the guy is not available and no one else can help me. I called again today and got the same line but I kept asking to speak with someone else, customer service a manger or anybody else. Out of frustration I said that this was a very poor way of doing business and the guy said yeah well I guess that you had better call your credit card company and laughed.
I have done and continue to do a lot of business online but this company has taught me a lesson. I wish that I had seen this site (ripooffreport) prior to my purchase. I will know better in the future.
