Auto Parts Giant
Over one year and still can't my core charge back

In 2006 I purchased an on board computer for my jeep. After several calls we recieved the part - 2 1/2 months. I was not aware that the part was faulty until it was to late to return. However I sent the core in within the time frame allowed and have still not recieved the core deposit back. I called once a month for the first six months and got every excuse in the book. I have given up at this point.
