They ripped me off for $200! I have yet to recieve my core deposit credit for parts I returned that they recieved and signed for on 1/11/07.
The staff and managers are liers, they lie, don't take their word for anything! The staff won't put you through to a manager and the managers dodge phone calls from me left and right. He's always "out for lunch" or "he's on vacation", yeah right... All the time.
I sent emails and made numerous phone calls. I also sent a faxed report of all info needed for my credit refund. What a waste of time, now I have to do this!
From now on i'm going to check usacomplaints.com before buying anything online. I will never buy from autopartsgiant ever again! I hope this report helps others from getting ripped off by this company.
