Complaint / review text:
I called autopartsgiant.com to see if they had the part I needed. They said yes. I ordered online on Saturday. The site states that most parts are shipped in 1 to 2 business days. If parts are to be delayed 6 days they will call or email.
On Wednesday I still didn't have any update or email as to whether the part had shipped. I called and was told that the order was processing and they would have a tracking number by 5:30 and would email me. No email! I called again on Thursday. Was hung up on twice, yelled over for nearly 15 minutes, questions never answered, and told the same thing as the day before. Again no email! Called again on Friday. Same response. Hung up on several times, passed off to several different people, still no answer except that they would email me a tracking number after they got it at 5:30. Still no email.
Waited through Monday which was the 6th business day since ordering. Called late on Tuesday to receive more hangups, more lies and excuses. I told them to cancel the order. They said they would request a cancelation as though they had nothing to do with it.
My credit card has been charged, I don't have a part or any information about it, (I don't believe they even have the part). Don't know if I will ever get the part or a refund. They have never called or emailed me.
This is a company you definitely do not want to do business with. They will get your money and you won't get anything!!
