Complaint / review text:
Ordered $234 part took one week to "process" finally recieved email stating item was shipped. Sent numerous emails inquiring for tracking info with no results so I called and was told it was drop shipped from location in Texas and was already in transit and due to arrive in a couple days to my home. Approx. One hour after being told this on the phone I recieved an email saying the order was canceled because it was "not in stock".
How is this possible if it was suppose to be already been shipped days ago? I have called autopartsgiant and was told they have credited my card, however this is untrue as my bank has never recieved anything from them and currently are investigating autopartsgiant.
My advice is do not ever buy from them. Buy your parts local or do research first to see whom your dealing with. Autopartsgiant does not care about anything except your money and offers the worst customer service I have seen. I hope they are shut down.
