I ordered a part from autopartsgiant.com and never received my order. The company refused to cancel and refund my order. Customer service was no help and hung up on me almost every time I called. It is impossible to speak with a manager or supervisor.
I was forced to file a complaint with their local better business bureau in hopes of getting a refund. Only after the report was filed was I sent an email from autopartsgiant.com saying that my order was canceled because the part I ordered was out of stock. My money was refunded several days later.
Do not order from this company. From my experience they are looking to rip off as many people as they can. Their customer service is terrible and will not help you at all. You will have to fight with them in order to get your order or a refund and that should not be the way a company does business.
