They said the vehicle would be moved within 21 days. After 48 days, still no scheduled pick-up. I upped the service to priority / guaranteed service at 50% more money. Still no scheduled pick-up. I contacted them for a refund of the $200 I had given in good faith. They stated the records showed that I did not request the priority service, and I have been thus denied the refund. BEWARE!
