As the other report states this company is dishonest and misleads customers into thinking that they will receive the best service available.
I was told that my vehicle would be picked up at a certain time and the driver who was to pick up the vehicle did not call me until nearly 2 weeks after that pick up time. This company didn't even call the driver to cancel the order.
They are dishonest and disorganized. Now they won't refund my deposit and maintain that it is non-refundable because I cancelled the contract. The problem is that contract is in my hands, they don't even have a signed contract. Therefore they are thieves as well.
Do not be fooled by the slick sales man. He will coddle you and patronize you into thinking that everything will be ok. They will take your money and hide behind distance and fake contracts. Use a local company. All these guys do is contract local services anyway.
When moving... Do it yourself it will save time and money in the end. Whatever you do do not use National Auto Transport.
