Two months ago i purchased a used chevy silverado at the bill herd dealer we signed all the papers and they even got an insurance for me and everthing and they also told me that i would get the tag in the mail. A month later i get no tag and no truck payment so i showed up to the dealer and they say that they lost my folder with all the papers in it but i have proof that i bought it. So they gave me a new paper tag till the hard tag comes in the mail. Also the man who sold me the truck does not answer the phone when i call and when i go to the dealer they always tell me that he's not there.
Now two months later a guy shows up on my door askinf for me my sister told him that i was working in albany so he says where is the chevy silverado and my sister told him i had it at work so he says well i was sent to repo the truck and my sister told him that i was scheduled to come down to atlata on saturday and the guy told my sister that they needed me tu turn the truck in as soon as possible or they would report it stolen my sister asked him why does he have to repo the truck and he said that it was because they couldnt find a bank that would finance the truck.
Then at 12:00am i recieve a call from the man named Barry Bannister he says to me that he came to my home to repo the truck and i wasen't here he also told me that i had to leave albany and come back to atlanta right away because he wanted me to turn in the truck at 5:00 in the morning.
What i ask my self is where is the sales man that sold me the truck? Why dosen't he show up now? How did he loose the folder with all the papers i signed? How could they turn in a truck that was not financed by a bank?
