I went in to Cardinale Nissan to buy a truck. I had a trade in and $1000 down. I found the truck I wanted and was told I was approved. I did all the paper work and left with the truck. About a week later a repo truck was at my house trying to get my truck. He didn't get the truck but told me the salesman sent him out. I called "Dino" and "Sarina", my sales people, to see what was up. They said the bank ended up not approving me so I needed to take the truck back. I took the truck back and they got me into another one. I got a bout 8 miles before my shock absorbers blew. The dealer refused to fix them. 1 week later the bank called and said they couldn't approve me. I took the truck back and told the salesman just to give me my 4 runner back and thats it. Well he brought my car back but said I can't get my down back due to the fact that I drove the truck. So I am out $1000. Never Shop at any dealer with the name "Cardinale Way" in it.
