I bought a truck from them on may 16th and i got a 30 day tag. Well we bought it with a blown motor and did know that when we got it as my hubby is a mec. I payed 5000 on payments for this truck and then payed another 4000 for my hubby to put a new motor in it. Thats is when things started to go wrong. I went to make a payment on the truck. I told them that it was running and that the 30 day tag has ran out.
They said that the title was on it's way and gave us a dealer tag. Next month i said have you seen our title yet? They said it is on the way. Next month it has been 3 months! And i asked again where is the title to the truck? They say it is lost we are having the bank send a new one.
Now i start going in every two weeks 5 months has passed still no title i say i uneasy with us driving the truck on dealer tags. Yes we are still on dealer tags. I find out from a friend that it is aginst the law to do that. I check with the bmv to see if they own the truck. They do not the title is still in some guys name and a banks name. They sold me a truck they did not own. I went to andy cooper with what i know.
I told him that i was not a roll over type. If i did not get the title to my truck that he would not be a happy man. He ran around like a little chicken. Saying he was sorry ans for us to give him two weeks and he would get it. Well 2 weeks came and went i was very nice i waited a month. First i called the bmv to se if it had changed. Nope they still don't own it. If they don't own it nether do i! Need less to say the lawyers got into the mix and i now have my title a total of 7 months.
