On may 15 o5 i went to bill heard chevrolet looking at their cars, i had not even got out of my car yet and they were sales men all around me. I asked for the used car section and one guy name gordon shiflett showed me the way i found i found a truck i liked so i ask the price he said $20000 i said not a bad price for that truck the truck is a 2000 gmc sierra z71 4x4 really nice truck. I drove it and liked it. So i then ask about trading my car in on that truck and told him my credit was not so great he said no prolbem. Well they appraisewd my car for
$12,500 i said ok so did paper work they said i approved thru bill heards bank, i signed the contract papers and all and to day 05/018/05 national car credit called me up saying they were trying to approve me foe the loan on the truck i said i thought i was already approved no they said. So i later called them back and they said they could not get me approved thru them that i had to call the dealer about who approved me i did that too nothing they say they will call me back nothing. I just dont understand how they say you are approved and then not be. I just hope i do not lose my truck now since i traded my other car in. Does any one have any advice please tell me
