Please oh don't conduct business with this specific organization! My partner and that I want to return from our lengthy vacation in Slovenia and purchased tickets from Cheapoair.
They say they've released the e tickets (fake types it appears since Czech Atmosphere doesn't have report of the reservation being created under my spouse's title).
The costs are on his charge card, however the e ticket numbers are fake.
They have been harassing people to get a check or fax of our passports and charge card for "protection and confirmation reasons" that will be often a red-flag, but we're eager to return so we tried it. We attempted to send them 6 occasions—they'dnot provide us their worldwide fax signal, and every time we attempted to send them-it returned back.
Today they claim they've our card agreement type but no passport/card check and therefore are threatening to stop our journey and state they "keep no obligation for termination costs."
I really donot understand why, when they declare all of this ring jumping is for "our protection" against "fake expenses on our credit card" why within the title of that is great did they cost our card, provide us fake e tickets all before confirming our identification
They're really questionable, and really should be released of company.
I wonder if this really is all a fraud simply to gather a couple of hundred bucks worth of termination charges.
