I bought a used truck from Lithia Camp Chev in Spokane Washington and they financed it through WFS it had a lot of miles but nice truck then I started a divorce several months later so truck that I had only put about 300 miles on was volentary repo'd to WFS and they said they sold it at an auction but for almost half of what I payed so now I owe almost $7000 to them. Now I know new trucks will go down in price like that but not a used truck. Then I heard they may have sold it back to a budget lot owned buy the same dealer that sold it to me so they again could make another $7000 on it and in the mean time collect this same amount from me??? Sounds like a double dip to me. I am on disability income so they are trying to sue my soon to be Xwife because they know they can't get my money
