I ordered a nv4500 transmission on march 30th. Dwayne took my order and said he would try to get is done for us. He said we would have it in 7-10 days.
BY the Way The TOTAL of my Order Was $2285 not just small change
After 16 days they had not even started it and I asked for my order to be cancled and a refund to be given. They said I had to sign the VISA slip first. My bank said not to sign it and they can refund without a signature if they had taken it out without one.
The person who answers the phone was rude and would not let me talk to the manager or owner to get this resolved and said that they would refund it when ever they felt like it. My wife told him she would call back every hour until she could speak with one of them and he said
"If you call back every hour this is what I will do" and HE HUNG UP ON ME.
Now it is May 6th and I still have not recieved a refund and Found out the owner sits on the BBB in Phoenix. How convenient!!! This company has had ALOT of rip off reports and Run arounds with the Better Business Bureau.
I would not recommend them to ANYONE!!!
