I found Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions on the internet by doing a simple Google search when I was looking for a replacement Transfer Case (mechanical part attached to the transmission) for my 2001 Chrysler Town & Country.
On 9/8 I ordered a car part from Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions. They charger my credit card $1,563.00 under a different company called RED LINE TORQUE CONV PHOENIX AZ
They send the wrong car part to my mechanic's shop (who can also confirm that as my witness).
After talking to Alex at Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions on the phone they agreed to take the part back and reimburse my account but they said I was supposed to wait for them to send me a Call Tag as they called it to have their trucking company agree to pick up the part.
It turns out that they never send the call tag neither the company answers their phone calls at 623-936-1500 and also their website also shut down.
I checked on internet after that and I found a lot of similar complains about these companies who seem to have the same owner: Alpine Trans Supply and Redline Torque converters and transmissions and the new website http://alpinetranssupply.com / are all owned by the same person Frank C. Kuperman
Anyone who reads this and had similar problems please let's get together and file a class action law suite to put an end to this madness for good!
