DO NOT do "BUSINESS" with F-Body Motorsports. They are unprofessional and they are thieves! They are definately NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE Orientated either!
On 4/9 I ordered a GTA Trans Am Keychain that they had listed on their website. The cost: $20. Shipping costs were NOT disclosed on the website. I figured since it was only a KEYCHAIN, how expensive could that be??? Well, try $10!!! Yep, 10 bucks to mail a keychain! How crazy?!? Well, that started this bad business deal rolling. I could have been okay with the high ship costs if I had received the keychain quickly (or received it ever). They deducted the money by 4/12/07, so they were "QUICK" to take my money!
Well, 11-12 days go by and no sign of the keychain. Well, I decide it's time to call them. It's LONG DISTANCE for the customer by the way... I actually called 2-3 times and left messages on the answering machine BUT THEY WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS!!! I also sent 3-4 EMAILS and guess what? They don't reply to those either...
So FINALLY I call and I talked to a fellow named "MARCUS" down in the shipping area. I asked him if he knew anything about my order. He said "You're waiting on a keychain?!? You didn't get that yet?!" WELL NOOOO, if I'm calling to find it!!! I told him no and I also said this is crazy to have to call long distance to chase down my order. So he puts me on hold for 5-6 minutes while he goes to "look" and see if they have any of these keychains in stock. Nope, none but he assures me he "will personally" find my keychain and send it out and he will call me back on 4/27/07 and give me the UPS Tracking number. Yes, I asked why the shipping was so expensive on a keychain and said they send stuff UPS and he just puts the item on a scale and it calculates the cost. So for my $10, I should have gotten 3 Day UPS Shipping!
Well 4/27 comes and goes and no phone call. So on Tuesday 5/2 I call agin AT MY EXPENSE! They track down Marcus and he acts like our conversation NEVER happened! I refreshed his memory but know his story was changed. Now it was: They keychains were ordered on 4/26 but they are "DROP SHIPPED" so he couldn't tell me anything more that that.
Well I did file a complaint with the BBB and I will filing a complaint with the credit as well. I have called SEVERAL more times since then and if someone answers it's "The BOSSMAN isn't in yet" Or "You need to talk to EVAN about a refund... BUT he's not in yet"... So EVERYTIME I call, I leave my name and number and order number and hey I am calling... GUESS WHAT? THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED ONE SINGLE PHONE CALL!!!
If you are looking to buy parts for you F-Body Generation Camaro or Firebird AVOID THESE CLOWNS AND THIEVES. If they can't handle selling a LOUSY Keychain... Do want to trust them with $1000's in car parts??? That's insane!!!
