Out of a Car for 10 Weeks through 2 transmissions and BOUNCED Warranty Checks

I have never been so disappointed in the customer service and business operation of a company in my life. I originally ordered a remanufactured transmission from Phoenix Remanufactured Transmission on March 5. Quickly signing the warranty form before they could ship it was stated by the Dwayne, the sales guy that the part would ship and arrive in 10-12 business days (as stated on the warranty) And the struggle ensued, I soon realized my mistake as I had to call several times a day to track to the progress of the part. I ended up out of a car for a total of 6 weeks as it sat and waited for the transmission. Finally recieved and put in the car there was immediate issue discovered. Described as "cavitation noise" along with jerky shifting my mechanic expressed great concern. I had to continually call Gabe at Phoenix Remanufactured Transmissions for an answer and was told "you just need to drive it more and it will work itself out" (normal to drive it for about 100 miles to work anything out - which we were far and above) I had to conference my mechanic on to finally recieve the answer "well just send it back and will look at it." I have struggled with the phone calls - requesting to speak to their operating manager, sales manager, and owner leaving my information and being told I would hear back. I have never received a phone call in the 9 months I have dealt with them. As expected, the received transmission failed completely in July. The warranty only covers 1/3 of the labor cost and not up front. I had to pull together $1150 dollars for the labor to remove the part and ship back. As before, I struggled to get the turnaround and was out of a car for another 6 weeks, not getting it completed until Sept.! I had to call their shipping company and force for delivery. (nothing on the part of the shipping company, Phoenix just do do any coordination). Finally with my car back the next battle ensued with trying to get my money for the labor done. My calls were avoided, I was directly lied too (told the check was sent and even provided with a false check number - I would talk to one person who said I had to talk to another who then stated I needed to talk to the first person but they were off... Even though the just answered the phone) detered, HUNG UP ON! And put off. It is now December, I finally recieved my warranty check (just took three months of calling... Literally. Every single day) and deposited to my account. To my extreme dismay, in checking my account today I discovered that the check bounced with Not Sufficient Funds and I have been charged with a $20.00 return check fee. I must now once again deal with Phoenix Remanufactured Transmission in trying to get my money. Hope to however not be along anymore, I have now filed with the Arizona Better Business Beareu and would highly suggest that any when with similar issue (of which i've seen already posted) to do the same.
