I bought a transmission from a company on Ebay, *this has nothing to do with EBAY, * from a company in which got bought out buy Phoenix Transmission, i sent this Phenix transmission my transmission because it was under warranty, it took them 3 1/2 weeks to send me a transmission, i was told that i would not be with a transmission for a week, i could not get a tracking number, i could not get a phone call to let me know when it was shipped or anything (GABRILE) So 3 1/2 weeks later i get my transmission, now comes the part of getting a refund for the work it cost me to have the transmission taken out and put back in, i paid $1400.00 for there so called *PLATINUM Warranties * they will refund $35.00 per hour book hours for what it cost me to have the work done, the work was done 6/30/08 and now it's 8/8/08 and have gotten a phone call or a refund, at this point i'm beliving that there isn't going to be a refund, i have been calling this company 3 to 4 times a day and i get, can you leave a message, my message to Frank (owner) *you really suck as far as returning phone calls* yes i can belive that at times he maybe in a meeting, BUT!!! With in an 8 hour day you can find time to make a phone call, i am so sorry i have ever done business with this company and again (EBAY has nothing to do with this,) if at anytime you need transmission work done, you can find a good deal on ebay but not with Phoenix Transmission, you will be so sorry, i would hope that some goverment agenice looks into this company because this is FRUAD!!! Theft by deception!!!
