Due to the amount of time to repair my vechicle the collision shop stated they would pay for the rental car, after I had been without a replacement car after 13 days. They finally did pay, but the check bounced. And have since then, been charged with $1045 in rental car bills. Also since they could not install a part properly, it was discovered by another shop that they failed to put in the A/C condenser. They failed not once, but twice to put the A/C condenser in, and only fessed up when they were "found out". To this day my car is still not fixed right & I owed $1045 in car rental bills.By the way they had the car for 43 days! I also have proof on all aspects of this RIP OFF! Even taped recordings!!
