I had been the target of switch revenue exercise and the bait by Joe Rizza Mercury in Naperville IL. I've submitted a

Criticism using the Better Business Office, that they have overlooked three nocited delivered to date. Joe Rizza is just a memeber of the BBB, but decides to dismiss there Sees. Below is just a content of the criticism.

Customer's Unique Criticism:

I bought a vehicle on September 2 which was not on-site at that time. I needed a brand new 2007

Mercury Milan with the choices, but discovered the rate of interest I needed wasn't available. I had been informed

This 1 of the sellers was operating a 2006 Mercury Milan that had every accessible choice for that design.

I thought it was a great choice to the 2007. After I acquired the vehicle on Mon (September 4), I came across the label and realized that there have been two choices not about the label (Audiophile Stereo was my priority) I had been informed the vehicle did have this method and he'd return to me and show it. Following a morning of reading nothing, I named and was informed because they believed the vehicle didn't have this method. I had been informed they might consider adding the right stereo, after which was informed it had been too costly in order for them to deploy (Over $1,100). I told the seller when the option was certainly not that cheap, they might return me the distinction within the manufacturer choice - $420. The benefit on my current vehicle wound up being not $96.74 less than they believed, and so I told this to be deducted by them and it would be called by us actually. They decided to waiving the $96.74, although not to refunding me the distinction. Personally I think they owe $323.26 to me, or even the Audiophile Stereo I had been informed was within the vehicle.

Customer's Preferred Quality:

I do want to be returned $323.26, or possess the Audiophile Stereo mounted and that I can pay the $96.74 distinction within the benefit amount.

They've not contaacted me since that time: Betty, Matt ultimately did load me in recently and he explained that you simply were annoyed but recognized his error... My general director Steve Livigni stated we'd spend the distinction within the benefit... I wasn't associated with the fianl purchase of the automobile, therefore Matt and Steve would be the 2 people who you've to speak with.
