This co. Called me on a Sunday at 2pm when accident was on thurs. And told me I had to be avail. From 8am until 6pm only on a tues. To inspect damage their customer had done to my car. I wasn't going to be avail on tues and woman told me only day a rep. Was avail. To look at my truck... Huh 10hrs I need to be avail.??? And only 1 day a week? And a call on Sunday at 2pm??? So then they told me take truck to collision shop on next thurs. To get looked at, so I did. Also was told rental was approved, so went to get my rental and the ins. Had no record of any claim... So I had to pay for rental out of pocket. Then they called me a week later and sd my truck was fixed but collision shop didn't get check so I couldn't get it, but they were cancelling my rental... So they didn't pay collision shop and I couldn't pick up my truck and had no rental. Told the woman on pone their ins.Co. Sucked and she hung up just like all the reps. Had done before!!! I'm out money on rental my collision shop isn't paid and this co. Has no customer service!!
