Ripoff Credit Card and Theft Fraud NEVER GO TO THEM!

I sent my car to Century Auto Collision and Service Center in September after recommendation from T3 motorsports in Boston, MA.

At first, Ken Phung, Owner of Century Auto Collision and Service Center seem like a great guy. Agreed on painting the whole car even when only front-end was damaged, and giving me a "carbon-fiber" hood.

I got my car rental from them too, and it felt very convenient.

In October I returned my rental car, and paint was not done yet. Car was not primered and they blamed T3 motorsports of ordering wrong part.

November I was charged $2345 for car rental, and their claim was that I did not sign paper work properly when car was returned, and I can not show evidence that I returned car to them.

I produced proof that I was away for holiday from October 21 to November 10 and I showed proof of my plane ticket and Ken Phung told me that he will settle this for me.

In December car was not painted yet. When I physically checked my car, I found my LCD screen, PS2, amps and subwoofers was missing. They reported to the police, but did not include the interior damage of my car.

I was paid $236 for my car hi-fi system which cost me more than $1000 and Ken told me he will pay me later when my car is done.

I demanded my car to be painted or I'll bring car ot another bodyshop. Car was finally painted on Dec 14. There was much uneven surfaces and Ken told me to come back another day for touch up.

Jan touch up was not done yet. Many parts of the paint job was peeling, and cracking. I returned to Century Auto Collision and Service Center adn they keep telling me that they are busy.

I left my car there for 1 day for them to touch up the car. But returned later and found nothing was done.

I went to another body shop and spent $600 to touch up my car.

In April I was charged $3000 on my debit card for "car parts" by Century Auto Collision and Service Center. The accident was not my fault and I tought insurance paid for all expenses.

I tried to contact Ken Phung and Century Auto Collision and Service Center but they kept me on hold for hours, and avoid my phone call.

I contacted my (FLEET) bank, but they said that I signed for the receipts, (which is used for car rental in October) abnd they refused to return my money.

I tried to call Ken about my car rental $ whcih I manage to recover $500 from my bank back becasue I was not in the country to use the car.

After numerous calls to my insurance, I found my insurance paid $6900 for the repairs and $900 for car rental. (My car was worth $7800, why was it not totalled)? And I paid $3000 further for parts?

I tried to recover my money further but failed.
My personal injury claims, and otehr claims till now 2004.. Iis not settled because of the high amounts of claims done to my car by Century Auto Collision and Service Centerl. My lawyer and the other party cannot agree that a front end damage could possibly cost so much.

Advice:
NEVER GO TO Century Auto Collision and Service Center.

Unless you want to get things stolen from your car, and a bad paint job, which takes 3 months and a credit card fraud done to you, for no reason at all.
