Found them on the internet. Called and got all the information to have my vehicle shipped from Ohio to Alaska, guaranteed to be there in 2 weeks from date of pick up.
Was given a quote of $2400 which my husband and I both thought was a great price. I placed my order with Donna on April 3. I paid $2400 to them by credit card on April 46. Was told by Donna that someone would be contacting me by Friday April 7th with a pick up date. April 7th came and went and no call.
On Monday April 9th I called and spoke with the dispatcher who is also the president. His name is Nicholas - . He was very rude to me and told me when he heard something about the pick up of my vehicle he would call me and hung up. As of April 12th I had heard nothing about the vehicle pick up. I placed several calls to Nick with no satisfaction.
Finally on April 14th I had had enough and told them they couldn't fulfill the order so I wanted my money back.
They charged me a $45 cancellation fee which I didn't feel was appropriate. They told that was their policy yet NO WHERE on the website or any of the order confirmation does it state this.
I was lied to from day one and ripped off $45 by a company that has no business being in business.
Wouldn't recommend them to any one.
