Triad had been as nasty to me as they have to all of you. I have been fortunate not to have had my vehicle reposessed but they are the worst company I have ever had to deal with. I'm here in Fort Myers and after our most recent hurricane (October), I called Triad around the due date and told them I was out of work and asked them if they could extend my payments out a couple of months because I was not working nor did I have any money.
They told me they could change my payment due date from the 14th to the 30th and that they could do a bank draft for the 30th for November. Well, these jerks called me so many times between the 14th and the 30th it's not funny. They set up the payment due date for the 30th but told me the payment was late and that eventhough the draft was set up for the 30th, the payment was still due on the 14th, it was late and they would continue to call me until I paid them.
They got their money on the 30th but then in December, I called them again and asked if they could change that 12-30-05 draft to a later date. I explained that I could get some money but I wouldn't have it before the end of December. This nasty witch that I spoke with yelled at me and hung up the phone on me and then they still harrassed me to no end for their money. Now mind you, at this point, I'm not behind, I owe the current month but it is a few days late and scheduled for the 30th.
Here I was, out of work, calling them to try and make arrangements and they refused to work with me. I even spoke to the supervisor and he was a nasty B*D. I had to borrow money so that the payment could be there when they made their draft but in January, I couldn't pay them and now I would be a month behind. I paid january's in February and Februarys along with March when I got my tax refund. It's the 20th of April, I am surprised they have not called me a million times in the past 6 days. They ar probably harrassing my husband.
Not even a friggin grace period with these people. I hate this company. If it's due on the 14th then don't be a day late. What Jerks. And also, who do they think they are to lecture you or I on "paying our bills". I bet if you ran their credit, you would find that they don't pay all of their bills on the exact date due.
I want in on any class action suit there is. These people need to be stopped. Once they are told to not call your place of employment, they are supposed to stop. The last time I checked, DUNNING was illegal. The next time these jokers harrass someone at work, get their name and their employee number and let them know you are going to sue them for dunning.
JERKS. That's the nicest thing I can say about them.
