I faxed a cancellation request to faxmicro weeks before the April 05 due date. A second cancellation request was faxed on April 06. They never responded with a confirmation of cancellation.
On April 05. They charged my old bank account that did not have sufficient funds (I did not trust them with my new bank information) Faxmicro sends a billing statement on April 18th for the April past charge and May due date.
I sent an e-mail to billing and support regarding the previous cancellation requests to faxmicro. Also, I faxed a third cancellation request to faxmicro on April 18th. On April 19th, I sent an e-mail to support asking if they recieved my cancellation request through fax.
They do offer fax services, am I correct?
They have yet to respond.
I will send a cancellation request and confirmation request to faxmicro on April 25 and 28. Also, I have submitted a bill payment for the April past due date. I want to test if they will honor my cancellation request.
If faxmicro continues to charge regardless of faxed cancellation requests, I will proceed with legal counsel.
