My car was supposed to be picked up in Florida on March 31st, and delivered to Massachusetts on April 5th. After phoning them every day for a status update, and them telling me the car was "in transit" and is "on schedule", I came to find out after a full week that the car had never left the Florida terminal. Then they blamed ME for not knowing this, and said I should have known when the car left the terminal and told them that it hadn't left yet.
UNBELIEVABLE! Next, they told me it would be picked up on Monday, April 10th, and would be "expedited" to me and would arrive by April 12 or 13. Well April 13 is now at the end of the business day and they still don't know where my car is, and they are being rude and hanging up on me.
Stay away from American Auto Transporters, FAR AWAY. Your car will be late, they will be rude to you, and you may never recieve your car. I haven't received mine yet.
