I ordered a pair of shoes from Sears. Then i call to check on my item on April 1. I found out that the warehouse didn't have them in stock (the warehouse) come on. They told me that they will get my shoes from a store. Didn't even e-mail me concerning me about item not in stock. I was outraged. I called back on April 4, told me waiting on UPS to pick them up. I told them to cancel my order if they couldn't do any better. Now it is April 18th and they finally cancelled my order. I told them on the 4th of April. Now i have to wait 7 to 10 business days for my refund.
