This letter is to let everyone know to stay away from City Tire And Wheel.
I orderd a set of 888 Icemetal Rims and Tires cost on the phone $1399.00 to front door yea right. I sent $700.00 by quick cash on 8 February and then call back to complete the order with a salesman by the name of karun. He stated for me to call back in 2 day for a tracking 3. When I called back for the tracking 3 the wheels were being drilled.
I called back 2 days latter and got 4 tracking # This was on 12 February. I was to receive my order on 21 Febuary 2006 but got it on 20 Febuary cod foe $899,00 which adds up to a total of $1599.00 and to make matter worse they were the wrong rims and tires.
I was so pissed I called and told them what happened. I asked for karun but he was not in. They told me to call shipping and they would take care of it. I did this and was call to talk to a manager the next day. I called and was told the 888 ICE METAL was on back order and that one of his guys said to send me that rim. So he told me to pay the shipping cost and send the rim back and he will make it good but no ice metal. I want my money BACK. Help
