I ordered a set of 16 inch wire rims from City Tire and Wheel through lowrider magazine. I paid for them through Western Union. City Tire and Wheel told they received the money and that i would received my rims in three days. Three days went by so i called back and theysaid call back after 4oclock so i did and i got no response, so icalled and i called still no response so i figured they had caller ID so i used another phone and guess what i got and answer, I asked when will i get my rims, they me to called back in 2hours and ask to speak to manager i guess his name was Tom so i called and i called, never got and answer, so i had mybrother to call and they answered and they told him the same thing that she would have to call back and talk to the manager, so i gave up and emailed the editor from Lowrider Rudy Rivas let him know that city tire and rim were running a fradulent ad in there magazine. I get a call its city tire and rim they said somefrom shipping would be calling me so they did it was the same guy i talked to earlier he told me to send him and additional 385 dollars for shipping then my rims would be delivered in 3days i told him that was not the deal you told me when i ordered them they were 395dollars and they would be at door in 3days so i told them to send my money back its been a month and half i every time i call no response no money.
