I contacted this company to buy some rims, so they told me the price would be $899.00 for the rims (Panther, blunt rims) and tires plus another say $200 or $250 for shipping. The size I ordered was 20" chrome rims. I made sure to ask the guy if the rims would be mounted and balanced and he said yes but never told me there was and extra charge to have them balanced. So they told me to call back in a few days to get the tracking number from there shipping dept.
So in a few days there shipping dept. Called me to make sure that was my address and thats all they asked me. Now when i called them to get the tracking numbers thats when they told me there was a COD that i would have to pay when i got the rims. I told the guy no one ever told me there was more money to pay. The COD was in the amount of $425.00 so i was kind of mad about that but i said ok. So out of the $425.00 $200 was for shipping which i paid so they guy told me the company would send me a check for that which i still don't have any check then the rest was for balancing the wheels.
Now when i got the delivery i looked in the box and it was the wrong rims in the box. So i called the company right away and they were trying to get me to keep the rims that i did not order. I told them no i don't like them so they told me i would have to pay out of my pocket again to send back the rims and when they get them they will send me the ones that i did order. A week later i callled the company and they gave me the run around every time i called they put me on hold for 30 minutes at a time and most of the time someone there hung up the phone.
So when I did get someone that really wanted to help me they told me that the rims that i did want would never have fit my car. So they told me to pick out another style of rim So i did that it was called the Azuka Creepin 20" the person told me his name was Tom. So he told me they had them in stock and to call back on monday to get my tracking number. So I did just that I called back monday and the same thing happend every time I called they put me on hold over 30 minutes and then you can hear someone pick up the phone and put it on hold again then when someone did get the phone they told me the company was colsed this went on for about 3 days then on the 4th day i got someone after they knew i was really upset they told me that they had to order my rims cause they did not have them in stock.
So they gave me my tracking number and i asked him if those rims where the same price as the other rims and he told me yes. So today 9/19/06 the rims arrived to my home and the UPS lady told me that I had a COD on these rims and i was in shock because they never told me anything about more money when they owe me at total of $448.62. So called the company again and they told me i have to call there shipping dept and i told they guy what problems i was having when i did call the shipping dept and he really did not want to help me but he told me to talk to the manager Henery which happend not to come into work until 3pm today.
So I waited until 3:30pm and i called back and some one told me he was tied up to call back in 30 minutes. So I called back and they put me on hold and no one ever came to the phone. So I kept calling and very time some one there would pick up the phone and hang up on me. All together this company owes me $1,732.00 plus whatever i paid to send the money western union which i think it was like $30 or $40. The biggest thing about this company is that they keep you on hold the longest when they know you want your money back or they messed up an order. I even faxed them twice letting them know what issues that i am have for someone to call me back but no one has called me back
