We called Valley Tire and Wheels to order some rims (V-147) from an ad in the January Issue of Lowrider magazine, which they told us they have in stock. So they told us to use quick collect to send the money before we could order the rims.
Once the money ($500.00) Quick Collect Transaction # (8971838724) was sent and received they said they did not have that particular rim, it was on 3 months back order. Then they tried to offer us a alloy wheel that we did not want. When we asked for a refund of our money they said they would charge us 20% cancellation fee. How could they do that when they don't even have the merchandise that we want and it was never ordered.
We called quick collect to try to get our $500.00 refund an Ms. Vickie (800-238-5772) said they have had problems with them before. So she suggested that we call Atty General Thubert Baker and Better Business Burea to file a complaint.
I don't want there business even if they found this rim for me. Bill and Al have given us the run around since Saturday (30 January) and today is Friday (4 February) and we have not ordered a rim or have they refunded our $500.00. We called them to try to fixed the problem before we filed this report. Thanks a Million A Soldier Serving His Country...
