Ripoff balance payoff fraud

Balance on my trade-in was 13,407.69 was what I was told and charged in the deal and the actual amount was 13,355.64

I called and asked why the difference and was told we will get back to you. Several calls leter I was finally told: what's the problem? And I said it was my money and I wanted the difference returned and was later told that the finance company ripped me off not them and a later call I was told that the money was lost?

Then I was told it's only 50 bucks why all the fuss? I'm at a loss with these people. The contract in my opinion is now false and probably not binding??
