WARNING to all:
If you buy a transmission you may not receive service after the sale. My transmission failed 11-24-04 and it is now 1-27-05 and still do not have a replacement.
Many calls many promises but to no avail.
I read other complaints and I truely understand their problems. I also did have trouble right from the beginning with getting unit shipped out.
I think the general manager role is diminished by bad employees under him. Since he is the General Manager that makes him incompetant. Also if he tells you that "VJ" is not in service do not beleive him. To this very day "VJ" answer's the phone when you call for service. If you can actually get someone to answer the phone. Many calls go unanswered except by an answering machine.
