I ordered a transmission at 10:30am. I found the rip off reports on Phoenix Hard Parts around noon. I called to cancel my order at 1:30pm. They charge a 20% restocking fee for cancelled orders. Beware. My charge will be between $200 and $300 FOR NOTHING! A reputable business would waive such a fee in a circumstance of several hours. It's not like the transmission had been shipped yet. I can't comment on the transmissions they provide, but what I've read here makes me rather pay the restocking fee (and dispute it with the credit card company) than risk going through what others have. I'd rather just buy a used transmission - sounds like that's what most of the ones they sell are anyway.
