After reading complaint about poor reports of Phoenix Hard Parts aka Phoenix automatic transmissions, I called them and asked for a quote for a transmission that I need. Alex quoted me $590 for freight only via UPS not including the cost of the transmission. I then called UPS for a quote and received a quote of $153.
Guess that tells me all I need to know about Phoenix. Thanks to usacomplaints.com, I have saved myself money and agravation by buying the transmission somewhere else.
