I can't ever get logged in to view my account. Also, twice I've gone to the local office in my area to pay my bill and they had closed 10 min early so I had to go back the next evening.
Got there 10 min before closing time. As I was parking a customer was walking out the door but just as I got to the door, the lady was locking it and refused to open it. I know that they didn't close their computers down because the man before me had a paper (I assume a payment receipt) in his hand and after she refused me, she went back to her desk and proceeded with her computer work... poor customer service and rude is the treatment I got
