Kohls employees locked doors and closed business before closing time and refused to help me during business hours. - returning pillows and buying a $100 gift card

I stopped in at your store (Desert Ridge shopping center 21001 N Tatum BlvdPhoenix, AZ 85050) to pick up a gift card and to return 2 pillows. I pulled up at 9:48 pm on Thursday night March, 7th 2013 and noticed that the doors were locked, (store closes at 10 pm) I could see employees inside and customers walking about... So I figured they locked that set of doors, so I ran to the other side, and they were locked to... So I ran back to the other side, verifying the time on my cell phone (9:50pm) and as you know that all of our cell phones are the national times, we do not set them ourselves. So I knocked on the door and a male worker came to the door and said " we are closed!" and I said "Its 9:55, (I waited outside for over 5 minutes) you close at 10, I have a quick purchase and return can I do it up here?" he said "no you have to go to the back of the store" so I started to walk to the back, run actually. And a woman employee yells at him saying "you didnt open the door for her did you?" (when it is quite obvious he did, being as though I was 20 feet in front of her. So I get to the back where 2 female employees are checking out another customer and they quickly yell at me saying "ma'am we are closed!" I explained that I have been at Kohls for 10 mins and they locked their doors early and even so, it was only 9:58, they were still technically open. She didnt respond I asked again if they have a policy of closing early and she said no, that my clock isnt the same as their clock (again I have the same time as everyone else, and even the gentleman from earlier agreed they locked their doors early. I asked her to make an exception and she she rudely said no and that her register was closed, (even though she was using it for another customer) I filmed the whole incident and will post it on a few websites so that you may see how this woman treated me. She said her name was Kathy and that the manager was Deborah. I drove all the way for 78th street and Indian school, a good 30 min. Drive all the way to purchase a $100 gift card for my moms birthday (today) and return 2 pillows. I can assure you I wont be getting her a gift card from Kohls nor ever be returning to kohls, only to make returns. I just thought Kohls may want to know that your Desert Ridge location locks their doors 10 minutes before close and treats their customers worse than Michael Vick treats dogs. I have a video if the incident if you would like to see it. I am posting it everywhere.
