I visited a local KFC here in Brooklyn at approximately 1 pm September 25th. This is generally a busy time for most restaurant in this area. We choose this location because the parking lot did not appear to be as busy as the other local restaurants in the area (that should have been our first clue). Upon entering the restaurant we were not greeted in the usual customer friendly manner we've come to expect when entering any reputable restaurant. We took a minute or two to find what we wanted and deciding - one of the young ladies was standing by and rolling her eyes which immediately turned me off. I decided not to order anything, instead I opted for a drink. My husband ordered something to eat. We got it and went to the table even though I was clearly irate at the giggling coming from the two attendants. When we got to our table the order was not correct so I proceeded reluctantly back to the counter and (where I heard one girls say under her breath... Here she comes) asked one of the attendant about the order. She confirmed what was initially ordered and I showed her what was in the box. She turned to the other attendant and told her she had put the wrong items in the box. I looked at her and said "that's why I came back!" She looked at me as though I had offended her, but I couldn't help but tell her she was rude, insolent and a poor customer service individual.in this economy there are too many young people looking for work and are serious about it. You should leave that type of attitude at home and come to work serious, ready to do your very best. The supervisor comes out and asks what's happening now at this juncture because I am heading out the door and still agast at the young lady's total disregard for service. I told her supervisor, look around you, the parking lot is empty. This is indicative of something. This young lady is only ruining the business further by her poor attitude towards service and care for customers.
